Pricing:

The prices indicated in this website are in Hong Kong dollars. Unless there is a very significant error, we will accept the order at the price and shipping cost of the products indicated on this website at the time.

Products ordered:

All orders placed on this site are subject to acceptance and availability. Goods placed in the shopping basket are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers. An order submitted after a customer selects an item will be paid by credit card; Courier charges will be automatically calculated for reference. After you submit your order to us, we will send you the confirmation information. Please note that this email is only our confirmation of receipt of your order and informing you whether the product is in actual stock and available for sale, not that we have accepted the order.  All orders you submit are subject to our acceptance. Occasionally, however, we may need to wait for the supplier to provide us with some limited edition products.  In this case,  you may simply register your email address to indicate that you agree that we will notify you when the goods arrive.However, in certain circumstances we may refuse to process the transaction for any reason without any liability to you or any third party.  For example,  if the goods ordered are out of stock or do not meet the quality inspection standards, they are cancelled; Or you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in these terms.In this case,  we will notify you by email and arrange to refund to your registered credit card account within 10 working days.

Order confirmation:

When the goods are ready for delivery,  we will send you a confirmation email with detailed data of the goods you ordered and details of the delivery services and fees.At this point, we accept your order and process your payment;Meanwhile, the sales contract between you and Ecovella is established. The sales contract only relates to the goods we have confirmed to send, and we will not be obliged to provide any goods other than those confirmed in the contract.

Payment terms:

The total payment will be shown in the order details for confirmation before you press "submit" and will be shown again in the order confirmation email sent by us. We accept the following payment methods : Visa, Mastercard, American Express. During the checkout process, you will need to fill in all mandatory data about the payment.Please note that in accordance with our privacy policy, we will collect and store your information and data in an encrypted secure payment system. This detailed data will be fully encrypted and used only to process transactions that you confirm.  All credit card payments also require authorization from the credit card issuer, and your credit card will only deduct the payment fee once the order is ready.
