LOST PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. It is the responsibility of the receiver to locate lost or missing packages. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you.

Please select a secure delivery address and preferably one where someone is able to receive your package directly.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, email us at sales@ecovella.co as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility.
